Shipping policy

Items under £50 will be sent via Royal Mail UK Tracked at £4.99.

Items over £50 will be sent by Royal Mail UK Tracked with Signature at £6.49.

Worldwide parcels will be sent DHL. Parcels normally arrive within 5 days. European parcels are now sent Royal Mail International and can take up to 2 weeks however these orders will be prioritised.

Please note that Étoile Jewellery has no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied when your package reaches your destination country and for which you might be liable. 

If you're not in to receive your jewellery, Royal Mail will leave a red 'something for you' card.  The card will give you details as to how you an arrange a Redelivery or where you can collect your item from.
